close to shops, restaurants, amenities, transport, with car parking, bike racks....perfect!

a great spot to enjoy Telluride

This one room "condo" was fine for our summer weekend stay. Downsides: the room is crowded with furniture and the pillows on the bed are of poor quality; there is no kitchen. It really is more of a hotel room than a condo. Upsides: the place was clean and the owner is very nice and lives in town so that although we had no problems, I felt that if anything did come up, they were right around the corner to assist. Easy to get to town on foot or by Galloping Goose bus. The center of town and Gondola were about 5-10 minute pleasant walk along the San Juan river.

Great place for the location and price. Everything as advertised.

If you're looking for a studio, this one can't be beat. Walk down the stairs to lift 7 and the Galloping Goose stops out front to run you downtown. Very comfortable for two people and at an amazing price. Owner was very responsive with all questions. Highly recommend!

Me and 2 friends were staying in this location for a ski trip, the location was absolutely perfect. It's a small room, but we didn't need anything larger so it was fine. As three college students, the WiFi was important to us as we had homework and business to take care of. But during our stay the WiFi wasn't working most of the time, leaving us constantly trying to reconnect different devices to get online. We texted Karla (I couldn't call as I didn't have the service to and of course WiFi calling couldn't work) and received no reply. So we just had to manage with what we had.

The two other things that were a bit nasty was a chewed piece of gum on the metal bed frame and multiple towels had brown/black streaks on them. The streaks could've been from a messed up dryer or washing machine but regardless I don't think they should've ended up in the "clean" towels.

Other than those three things, the place is good. The location couldn't be better for skiers. And hopefully the owners will take extra care in the cleaning of the room for future guests.

Fantastic location. Very comfy studio. Great bed, warm and apartment just enough room for two.

Kitchen description overstated. Had to find and clean glasses in bathroom cupboard, no spoons, no utensils, nothing to was dishes with.

Hot tub convenient and really good.

Really enjoyed our stay, literally right by lift & and a couple of hot tubs, only a short walk into the main part of town.

The location was fantastic to get to the ski hill. The town is fun to explore and it's close by. The Galloping Goose bus can take you all around Telluride for free! We paid a reasonable price for what we got. Bed was pretty comfortable. Room is about the size of a typical hotel room. Lots of towels. Refridgerator, 4 cup coffee maker, Toaster oven and microwave worked great, but there was only 1 small fry pan to use with the hot plate and no utensils to cook with. I had to do my dishes in the bathroom sink. Unit had Salt and pepper, coffee filters, a few dishes, some silverware, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, an iron, and a hair blow drier. This unit is more equipped for someone who plans to eat out. The walls seem to be pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors quite easily. The laundry facilities were nice to have, but I had to go buy the soap, which was expensive at the local market. Wish I would have thought to bring some from home. The hot tub worked great and was a nice after a day on the hill. Wifi worked intermittently. We really enjoyed our stay here! Telluride is awesome.

We stayed here during a late season ski season visit. Although the room is quite small, it worked well for the two of us since we were there to ski and not spend time inside. It is an easy walk into town and very close to Lift 7. The room was clean, the shower worked well and the water was hot. When neighbors moved in next door, it was quite noisy as the sound insulation between rooms seems marginal, but a set of ear plugs will handle that nicely.

I would stay here again when visiting Telluride

Enjoyed staying in this studio condo during a recent photography excursion. Was not in the room a lot but found the shower to be clean with very hot water and great pressure; large TV and ample closet space. Quiet work play community with zero noise -- opened the window all night with a fresh breeze. Little table for meals and work station.

Cozy studio in the Cimarron Lodge, convenient access to ski lifts (although we stayed here in the summer) and main street. Quiet area and comfortable space, would stay again!

Ideal location and quaint accommodations were even better than visualized.

We loved our stay in Cimarron Lodge. The room is cozy, but has everything you need for a ski vacation. The hot tub is a 10 second walk. The chair lift and equipment rental is a 20 second walk. The free town bus (the Galloping Goose!) stops right outside the Lodge, and it’s a 3 min ride into the center of Telluride.

We love Telluride and Cimarron is a very convenient location. This unit is economical. The owner is easy to communicate with and was gracious to allow a later checkout. Housekeeping needs improvement as do kitchen supplies. There is a microwave , small fridge and coffee maker. There are no burners or cooking dishes.

So here's my review.. I didn't stay there but I'm giving it 5 starts because I can. And, Telluride is just awesome.

I cancelled my reservation about 3 hours after I made it but for some strange reason VRBO didn't register.

So.... Yeah.... Telluride is cool --- This house... I honestly have no idea.

The accommodations were mostly what we expected based on the advertisement, and we might stay here again when we are back in the Telluride area. The day bed would make it possible to have 3 people, but there is probably not enough room to accommodate more than 2 people comfortably. The photo shows the table and chairs under the window which would have made it more pleasant, but it was arranged with the day bed in front of the window (but it doesn't fit there), so it was hard to operate the shades and window, and hard to get into chairs where the table was located (the support post makes it all awkward). Could have been a little cleaner and updating would make it better, but it was not bad. Owner was very good to deal with in booking and answering questions.

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed! The bed was very super comfortable and it was overall quiet, making for a great night's sleep. Conveniently located. Excellent price, especially for Telluride.

This cozy little condo was perfect for three people. The price was right. I wish the skiing conditions were better, but we cannot change the weather! Would stay here again with a small party. Thanks again

The place was great for the price. Pay attention to the size and pictures. If it's too small you should try elsewhere, though expect to pay a much higher price. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were tight with 2 adults, 2 kids and a large dog but had no issues and found it worth the savings. We spent nearly all our time out and about so the size of the unit was not an issue.

It was clean and comfortable. The only thing it needs is a screen on the window.

Highly recommended, for summer or winter stays.

Its small, but as long as you go in knowing and accepting that 5 stars; great great great location and responsive owner. Space with closets is maximized as well

Small, cute and cozy. This room at Cimarron has everything you need for the ideal ski crash pad for 2 adults. We walked into town daily (10 min or less), and access to Coonskin Lift couldn't be easier. Wifi went out the first day, but we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay regardless. Our hosts were fantastic and worked EXTRA fast when the previous guest left with the parking pass. They had a new pass to us within just a couple hours. We loved Telluride and will hope to stay here again for our next trip.

My son and I loved the property. We were able to ski all the way to the stairs leading up to our room. The room had 2 beds that were comfortable and a shuttle stop 100 feet from property. The coonskin lift was right near bottom of stairs. Property was perfect for our purposes.

It was exactly as represented. Would definitely stay again. The location is ideal at the bottom of the Coonskin Lift, but we would take the Galloping Goose (Free shuttle) to an from the Gondola as it would pick us up right at the entrance. Easy Breezy. It was great for two people, but more than that would be too tight.

We enjoyed our stay in Telluride and the location of this condo was perfect. It was just a few short steps from the lift and we walked to town every evening for dinner. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place is nice and clean. We rented the studio side. It is Very small but nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Minor detail but ceiling fan in the bathroom needs some help. It’s decorated nicely and you have most everything you need. Only thing missing was an iron. There was and ironing board so thinking it just needs replaced. Easy access to skiing and night life. You are literally right at lift number 7. You can ski in and out. The rental place at the base of the stairs was perfect!!
