In-town studio right next to the ski lift at the Cimarron Lodge. This unit was completely remodeled with slate floors, new carpeting and new paint as well as a brand-new kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and complete set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishes. It has a queen bed and with a twin bed and a trundle for a small family. If needed the adjacent unit, VRBO #56668 has queen with an additional twin (no trundle) and it's own, full bath if you want both units, together. The condo has two, large outdoor hot tubs right out the door, a separate laundry facility with two washers and dryers (key provided) and the town loop bus stop stops right next to the condo every 10 minutes. The bus will take you to the gondola in 2 min or walk there in 5! The free bus will also take you to the restaurants, shops and nightlife of downtown Telluride!

My husband and I snuck away for the week and loved this place! It’s close to everything and had everything we needed! Easy check in and check out!
We stayed in this condo 5 days. I read all the reviews and was hesitant to stay here but the price and location were attractive and I wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt that things were fixed and our stay would be a good experience compared to others. We are simple people and don’t need anything fancy but felt some of the basics were not met here. I have some of the same comments as the reviewer in April 2018 had which was four months before our stay. This accomodates 4 at absolute max. We called the owner on 4th of July at 10 pm feeing horrible calling so late but our toilet clogged and we desperately needed a plunger. We needed to fix it so our two small kids may be able to use the toilet in the middle of the night and early morning. Neal said he’d be there in 10 minutes with a plunger from his house. A while later he said that the plunger wasn’t available and he would have to go buy one in the morning. Who doesn’t have a plunger at their home or rental? We ended up having to drive to the grocery store a couple times to use the restroom. the wet towels were not taken and the owner said he would pick them up and never did our entire stay. We also informed him of the kitchenette sink being leaky all over the counter, there was no dishwasher soap and the desk was wobbly and unsafe and it seemed like it would easily collapse. Hot tub code didn’t work (mentioned in 2012 review),we couldn’t get the tv to work, no screens on the windows (the screens were in the room but we should’t have to put them on ourselves and it was super dangerous with our little kids being near the window as the windows had to always be open due to the heat. The kitchen was ill equipped and dint have a brush to wash dishes, didn’t have hot pads for the oven, didn’t have a spatula to flip our pancakes, didn’t have measuring cups or teaspoons, i could hardly function in the kitchen with what was minimay stocked. There was dog hair all over the carpet, old frayed towels. We told Neal about some of the issues but he said his maintenance man wouldnt do anything while we were there. His attitude to previous issues in reviews were only addressed by personal jabs and i’m sure he will do the same here. Simply hear the issues, fix them timely, and be kind to your guests.

Nice studio, conveniently located at the bottom of char 7. Walking distance to historic downtown and free gondola to the other part of the mountain.
Clean and convenient place to sleep, but wrong codes for spa, laundry and WiFi was disappointing.
Walk to the lift in 1 minute great skiing. The room was like there was no walls. It was really noisy from all sides.
Great price for the location. Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Great location, although potentially noisy as its close to the pedestrian cut through the complex. Access to skiing in brilliant - you are basically sleeping at the base of a lift.
Rentals and ski passes right there also. Apartment is to cluttered. for the amount of guests it can accommodate. Internet did not work and bath drain needs to be unclogged .
I made owner aware of issues.
Cozy, clean, WiFi fixed while there.
Hot it needs fixing but owner offered alternate hot tub accrossed the street.
Perfect for a quick economical stay right by a lift.
